Lundy View is located in a convienent cul-de-sac, just a short walk from the beach and local amenities.
Kitchen/Dining/Living
This property has an open plan kitchen/diner, with patio doors opening onto the enclosed garden - a perfect set up for BBQs. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. There is a dining area with table and chairs for 6 people. The living room offers comfortable seating with a large sofa and armchair. Further seating can be found along the wall on a cushioned bench. A bean bag has also been provided.
Sleeping
Lundy View is a three bedroom property. The master bedroom,
located on the first floor, is situated at the front of the
property, with views to the sea. Ample drawers for storage have
been provided, along with some hanging space and a dressing
table.
The second bedroom has a double bed and looks onto the garden
area. The third room is perfect for the children and has a set of
bunk beds, although the beds are full size singles. This room is
also equipped with bean bags and a smart TV.
Bathing
Family bathroom with shower, wash basin and WC.
Outside
The rear garden of the property has a large lower patio area for BBQ's (coal), accessed from the dining room. Steps lead to another large patio area, with ample seating for al fresco dining. At the top of the garden is a lawned area which backs onto open fields. The enclosed garden enjoys fantastic views to the sea.
Parking for two vehicles at the front of the property. Surfboard storage and a wetsuit rail are provided in the garage. There is no guest access to the shed in the garden.

High Speed Wifi, bed linen and a hand & bath towel per person provided free of charge.
The fire in the lounge cannot be used.
This property accepts up tp 2 well behaved dogs (please confirm at time of booking, additional charges apply)

£60 non-refundable booking fee payable at time of booking.
50% of the accommodation cost and booking fee are required to secure the booking. The remaining balance & payment for any extras is due 8 weeks prior to arrival along with the refundable damages deposit (if applicable). If your dates are within 10 weeks, full payment is required.
Check-in time is from 4pm and the check-out time is 10am.

We have just returned from a week at Lundy View and it was everything we hoped for. The house itself was spacious, spotlessly clean and really lovely. We enjoyed the garden and relaxing here after a long day at the beach. The location is only a 10 min walk to the town and beach. So when the weather was bad a few days we just returned home and walked back later when the sun came out. Really enjoyed a cream tea at Barricane beach, lovely long walks along Woolacombe and delicious drinks watching the sunset and gorgeous food at Tides restaurant. Stones mobile pizza in the car park was lovely too! Perfect holiday for a family of 4 and 2 dogs. Would highly recommend and would definitely return.
This is the second time we have stayed at Lundy View and we enjoyed our stay very much. The house is comfortable and welcoming and has everything you need to make your holiday a memorable one.
A light, clean and thoughtfully equipped house that made for a comfortable week's stay. We found everything exactly as described in the property profile. The terraced garden is lovely and private and totally secure. We enjoyed the views, peaceful residential location and feeling above it all. It's 10 minutes to walk down to the village and beach but a more challenging return walk back up to the top - guaranteed to build muscles!
Excellent accommodation in very good condition with everything we needed. Beautifully designed and maintained garden with the bonus being that it is dog proof. We have never experienced a holiday company with such superb onsite customer communication - our questions were answered promptly and professionally. Highly recommended.
Lovely home, well maintained and within easy reach of the beach and shops. Excellent dog walking opportunities all around. We had a fantastic stay. The house was perfect for our family of 4 dog. Rooms and beds very comfy, with a well equipped kitchen and living room and all important warm power shower. Only minor gripe would be the lack of a welcome pack to let us know where everything was and how things worked, but that didn't detract from a great break

Really enjoyed our stay. House was lovely and comfortable with everything we needed. The garden and patio areas were ideal to sit in. House was in easy walking distance to Woolacombe and its amenities. Would recommend a visit.
Lundy View is a lovely holiday home in the heart of Woolacombe. It is very well equipped and nicely furnished and has a really nice patio with garden furniture which is ideal for relaxing after a day on the beach. We had fantastic weather which meant we could eat outside on a couple of nights. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this holiday home. Be prepared for a walk up a steep hill when returning from a day out in Woolacombe - it helped keep the pounds off after enjoying lots of lovely food in the bars and restaurants in lovely Woolacombe.
Lundy view is a well equipped, comfortable house. It sleeps 4 adults easily and has a nice terraced garden at the rear to enjoy the outdoor lifestyle.
Beautiful place to stay with outstanding views of the sea and countryside. Well equipped kitchen and lovely garden. Would definitely stay again. A real home from home.
We had a fantastic week in Lundy View. The house is great - cosy, really well equipped and tastefully decorated with amazing views and a lovely garden. The shower is really good (a personal bugbear of mine is bad showers on holiday!) and there was lots of storage space for the various bikes and paddleboards we had with us. Location is good and within walking distance of the beach and shops/ restaurants. The beach is sandy and huge! As well as swimming and paddleboarding in Woolacombe we enjoyed walks along the coastal path, great pub food, a mackerel fishing trip from Ilfracombe and coasteering in Hele and Croyde bays - all easily accessible from Lundy View. Would thoroughly recommend it.
