The living accommodation is modern and open plan with kitchen appliances including built in dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, oven, hob & an array of kitchen essentials. There is a breakfast bar area with two stools and dining table with seating for 4. The living area provides comfortable seating for 4, LG Smart TV and access to the rear terrace where there is an outside table and also outside sofa.
Sleeping
The bedrooms are located to the first floor and comprise a master bedroom with kingsize bed and en-suite shower room plus a twin bedroom.
Bathing
There is a family bathroom with shower over the bath plus en-suite shower room to the master. A separate wc is also available downstairs, off the living room. There is a communal outdoor shower for washing off after the beach, located in the underground parking area.
Outside
There is underground dedicated parking area with space for 1 vehicle. Please note there is a headroom limit on the underground parking of max. two metres. For guidance, a long wheel base VW Transporter (minus roof racks) can access this area. This should be noted as these may need to be removed from large vehicles before access. The apartment is accessed from the car park area via a stairway or lift. There is a communal storage room for surfboards, wet suits and bikes.
There is a electric vehicle charging point which is available for use for £50 per week/short break, cables not provided (please ensure this is added in advance to your booking, if required).

Although there is lift access to the apartment, the apartment is set over two levels and therefore is not suitable for wheelchair users.

£60 booking fee payable at time of booking.
50% of the accommodation cost and booking fee are required to secure the booking. The remaining balance & payment for any extras is due 8 weeks prior to arrival along with the refundable damages deposit (if applicable). If your dates are within 10 weeks, full payment is required.
Check-in time is from 4pm and the check-out time is 10am.

Wonderful apartment, very spacious with all the amenities needed to make our week perfect. Main bedroom balcony had lovely views of the beach and is only a short walk to the main high street. We've been coming to Woolacombe for mini breaks for over 25yrs but only really stayed in the WB hotel so was over the moon when we found Ocean Point at a reasonable price for the week. We arrived at the accomodation, it looked lovely ,everything and more for our holiday. Clean and tidy . Will certainly be back again . It was a bonus that we had secure parking and in walking distance from all the amenities in Woolacombe .
Thoroughly enjoyed an Oct half term in number 3. Parking, outside shower and surf board room all great. High quality fixtures and fittings with attention to details that make a holiday easy (kids books and toys to a wine fridge and Google smart speakers in lounge and main bed. Nice angle to the beach get sunrise bouncing off the wave fronts and southerly warmth. Balcony/terraces have floor above them meaning limited direct sun but also protection from rain.
We really enjoyed our stay at 3 Ocean Point, Woolacombe. The apartment was very clean and well equipped to a high standard, with all mod cons available. It was tastefully decorated throughout and beautifully furnished. We also found the king size bed to be very comfortable. Thank you for the cake, wine and soft drink left for our arrival - that was a very welcome treat. It was also nice to have the outside eating area complete with tables and chairs should you wish to eat al fresco. There is a pleasant sea view from the master bedroom balcony only - this is because the apartment is on the ground floor not the first floor. It was also really handy being able to have a private parking space in the underground car park - you just hop in the lift and in seconds you are at your apartment door. You could also use the side gate slightly further up the hill. If I was forced to find a negative it would be that on arrival, the outdoor eating area was quite dusty with sand on floor and cobwebs over the chairs and table. It didn't look like that bit had been cleaned - I tried to find a sweeping brush but couldn't see one there, unless I missed it. As we arrived around 8pm in the evening, a pint of milk in the fridge would also have been handy as I could've really done with a tea or coffee after such a long journey. However, on the whole, this was a lovely holiday in a lovely apartment and I would definitely recommend staying here.
