This was the perfect lodge for our winter weekend away celebrating a birthday. There was so much room for everyone to enjoy and relax, the lodge has beautiful interiors and a lovely garden including a hot tub. It would be lovely to experience the lodge in summer to use the outdoor amenities more too !

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this exceptional cottage. The house is beautifully appointed, offering all the amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, making it a perfect home away from home. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Sweets Cottage to celebrate our 40th birthdays. It was the perfect social space with plenty of room, and a great location within Croyde. We can't wait to book again

A beautiful cottage in a beautiful location. Very well equipped kitchen and a great location. Comfortable beds and lots of storage for clothes. The only thing I would point out is that if you have very young children then you have to be extra vigilant as the plates, knives, kitchen supplies are within reach for toddlers but we had no real issues over all.

The cottage is super cosy and has everything you need. Hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had. The village has everything you need for a little holiday by the sea. It was a really special time spent there.

Sweets cottage was a fabulous stay. It's only a couple of minutes walk to the centre of Croyde but has a lovely, large peaceful garden not overlooked. Lots of space for 10 people in the house and the hot tub was a decent size (could have been slightly warmer). Would love to come back in the future

Sweets Cottage was simply delightful, we couldn't have asked for anything better. A really well-equipped place that accommodated 9 adults well. The hot tub was great even though it was February! Ocean Cottages were great agents, information arrived promptly and the day of arrival went without a hitch - will certainly use again.

We absolutely loved our stay. The cottage was so beautiful, and the area was lovely. The hot tub was so so nice, and all the other amenities were great. The beds were so comfy, and there was plenty of sofas and seating for everyone, even in extra rooms if people wanted some time to read or relax on their own. The kitchen was well stocked, and all of the facilities worked great. Would love to to stay again!

Great place, fab location and very simply and thoughfully styled. You can walk to the high street (3 mins) and to the beach (15 mins) - so it perfect for the kids to enjoy bit of safe freedom. Great food and pubs all around. It really is a very special place in a very special location. One gripe - surprisingly, Croyde has good internet connectivity (as we experienced at The Thatch, The Manor House and Billy Buds) ... but Sweets Cottage doesn't. Suggest a new router and a call to OpenReach to sort it out. It would have made big difference - especially for those who were trying to work and holiday at the same time.

We had a week's stay with 3 couples and 3 children(2,5, and 7) in Sweets cottage. The accommodation was ideal with space for all, embellished by a sloped garden with seating at the top. There was a handy supply of body boards which provided great entertainment. Cooking/ laundry and waste systems functioned well. We highly recommend this property

Sweets Cottage is a picture perfect house in a great location. It is has a very well equipped kitchen and great family spaces. The hot tub was much enjoyed at the end of our cooler days. The outside hose was very useful and there is plenty of parking. Thoroughly recommend,
