This lovely holiday home is designed with contemporary style and comfort offering open plan accommodation providing a relaxing and sociable space for your holiday.
Living/Dining/Cooking
The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. From the kitchen, a dining table, comfortably seating 6 guests can be found.
The living area is arranged in two sections, with two smart TVs. To the front of the property, the lounge is cleverly converted to the third bedroom by a retractable partition (with separate access from the hallway). Not only does this retractable partition provide privacy for guests using this room, it separates the living space into two. One sofa, an armchair, and an additional television provide the remaining guests with part of the living area for their early morning coffee. The corner sofa can then be set up as a double bed in the evenings. During the day, there is comfortable seating in the living area for 6 guests. Bean bags are provided for additional seating.
Sleeping
Two bedrooms can be found off the hallway. The master bedroom houses a double bed and storage space. The second bedroom has the flexibility to be arranged as either a double bed or two single beds.
There is a contemporary family bathroom equipped with an electric shower.
Outside
A door leads from the dining area into the enclosed garden - perfect for children, pets and sunbathing! The hot tub (charges apply) will offer all members of the party hours of fun! A coal BBQ is provided for alfresco dining.
An outside shower is the perfect addition for a rinse down after a day of surfing - and is incredibly handy with the hot tub!
This property is well equipped for guests with young children, there is a highchair, travel cot (additional charge) and baby bath provided at this property as well baby bowls, cups and spoons.

- There is parking for two cars on the shared driveway.
- Two dogs accepted - charged at £35 per dog, per short stay/7 nights.
- This property shares a driveway with a small annexe property. The annexe in not a holiday let and is only used by the owners of Sandy Toes occasionally.
- There is an Apple Tv Box at the property and BT Premium WIFI/

Additional Booking Information
£60 non-refundable booking fee payable at time of booking.
50% of the accommodation cost and booking fee are required to secure the booking. The remaining balance & payment for any extras is due 8 weeks prior to arrival along with the refundable damages deposit (if applicable). If your dates are within 10 weeks, full payment is required.
Check-in time is from 4pm and the check-out time is 10am.
Maximum number of adults accepted is 6 adults. Parties of 8 guests must be made up of 6 adults and 2 children (under the age of 12).

Please note, to ensure optimum cleanliness & hygiene of the hot tub, it will be completely emptied and re-filled with water and chemicals on your arrival day. Therefore, the hot tub may not be up to temperature until the morning after your arrival.

This is the second year I have been to sandy toes a lovely homely bungalow.my dog loves it to. The hot tub is lovely and the garden very private , Would benefit from some lounger chairs . I will be returning next year.
This is our third stay at the property as it fits our needs for family of three. two beautiful clean and bright bedrooms. great living zone with lots of light and a fully working kitchen. fabulous outdoor shower. Our constructive notes would be the garden needs to be brought up to the standard of the house it needs a total revamp and is looking very tired. I would expect a premium priced property of this location and standard to have a 5* garden. however it does have the two essentils a super out side shower and a hot tub. Again the hottub is now a little tired as well and could probably do with an upgrade. But as we said perfect for us. we shall without doubt try and get the same two weeks next next year in the beautiful quiet bungelow. thank you Ocean Cottages.
We thoroughly enjoyed our now annual stay at Sandy Toes. It is ideally placed to explore the Devon, just a few minutes walk form the beach and has a great enclosed garden and outdoor shower for cleaning off the sand.
The property Sandy toes is very nice there is everything you need as well as very clean the hot tub is great the property does need some lounger chairs in the garden to relax in .had a great time and will be returning next year The spring family Brighton Sussex holiday sept 2023

Lovely place to stay - so convenient . Everything you need in the kitchen and all very clean . Sofa bed not so comfy and the need for a lounger or two or reclining chairs was very much missed. The shower was fab - and so was the hot tub. Great tv choice . We have been coming every year to Croyde now for 22 years so it was nice to have a change and we enjoyed ourselves . Thanks lesley

We visit Croyde twice a year & always take a 2 week break late September. We have stayed in many properties over the years.
This place was a 'home from home' with everything we could possibly need. A special bonus was the 2 TV's complete with Netflix, Apple TV plus & Amazon Prime, which cam in handy on a couple of very rainy days!
It was fab that it was dog friendly, our 2 Dachshunds loved it as much as we did. The Hot Tub was a fantastic feature & just the ticket after coming back from the beach. We loved it so much we've booked it again for next year!

Stayed for a family wedding end of August 22. Was exactly as viewed on the website. Very clean with everything you could need. We didn't have time to full appreciate the accommodation but would recommend. Situated perfectly for a short walk into Croyde and access to the beach. Beach, walks and views are truly stunning.
The house is lovely, and clean with everything needed. The enclosed garden is perfect for dogs and gets the sun all day. Perfect location, with everything just a short walk.
Sandy Toes is a real home from home and has everything you need for your break away. So well located for walks to the beach and into the village where there is a number of pubs/ eateries to save you having to drive whilst on holiday. Ideal base for exploring the local area, Woolacoombe, Braunton, Staunton Sands, Bideford and Westwood Ho! To name a few. We felt really comfortable & relaxed in Sandy Toes and the hot tub was great. Loved having the garden for the dog. Highly recommend although hope that doesn't mean that we can't book again as it becomes too popular Only recommendation to owner would be that a further wardrobe would be useful.
Sandy toes is a great holiday home with everything you need to make it a special time away in a great location, we booked late with Kristyn & she went above & beyond to find us a property that was in our budget on such short notice, can't fault the property or the service from ocean cottage's, extremely good all round. Lovely bungalow in a quiet location. The garden is totally dog safe and mostly private. Outdoor hot shower was a great idea and hot tub was well maintained. 5 mins walk to the beach and 10 min drive back to Braunton for supermarket and take aways and more choice in the off season. Great communication from Ocean cottages , all in all a lovely short break.
Sandy Toes is easy to find and ideally placed to explore Croyde and the surrounding area.The garden is secure - perfect for the dog - and we enjoyed some great walks followed by a dip in the hot tub. The house is well equipped, and comfortable. WE look forward to returning next year
We would definitely recommend staying here, the location was amazing. And the house was well equipped clean and cosy! Lovely sunny garden for alfresco dining with hot tub fun. Outdoor shower was great especially after a sandy day on the beach. Lots of modern technology too and great WiFi for young ones. A good all rounder.

What a cracking week! Beach, The Thatch, hot tub, Korev, sunset, fish, chips, Sri Lankan curry(!) - Amazing! Loved every minute.
We had a super time staying at Sandy Toes , and really didn't want to leave. With everything you could possibly need , and the hot tub included and just minutes from the beach and all the village has to offer , we will definitely be back !
Great location, we would highly recommend the Manor House Pub for lunch and dinner - it has a kids play area. The cascades swimming pool is also grea fun for the kids (@ Ruda Holiday Park).
