The generously sized lounge is the perfect gathering space, offering ample room for relaxation with a large L-shaped sofa and two cozy chairs.
There is also a seperate snug/office room equipped with a sofa, TV and desk. Perfect if you'd like to sneak off to a quiet zone.
There is an attractive kitchen/diner, where contemporary design meets functionality. This space is ideal for family meals and entertaining. Bifold doors in the dining area open onto a outdoor seating area complete with retractable awning, perfect for al fresco dining.
Sleeping
The property features four spacious bedrooms. Two are located on the ground floor both with french doors leading out onto the terrace and gardens. The first floor master suite is fabulous and offers stunning sea views over the front of the property which are enjoyed from two full length sliding doors with juliet balconies. The second bedroom en-suite overlooks the garden to the rear.
Bathing
There are three well-appointed bathrooms: one family bathroom on the ground floor, two en-suite shower rooms upstairs (walk-in showers), and an additional convenient WC on the ground floor. The family bathroom has a bath and overhead shower.
Outside The modern landscaped garden features a lawned area, a separate raised deck under a stylish pergola, and a second outdoor seating area with retractable awning accessed off the dining room and hall. Both perfect for dining and entertaining. An outdoor shower is also available, providing a convenient rinse off after a day at the beach.

50% of the accommodation cost and booking fee are required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival along with the refundable damages deposit.

Ocean sands is a beautiful, modern, spacious holiday home located approx 15 minute walk away from croyde beach and 10 minutes from restaurants and shops. The home is well equipped and designed for family use. We found only one problem with the home and that was the water supply to downstairs bath and shower was poor with only Luke warm water. Unable to have hot bath or shower.
