The open plan Kitchen/living/dining room has been thoughtfully arranged to maximise the space and offers everything you will need for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The kitchen area provides a dishwasher, cooker, hob, kettle and microwave. There is a dining table with 2 chairs and comfortable seating in the sitting area with TV and French doors leading out to the lovely decked terrace with table and chairs & BBQ for 'al-fresco' dining and sun loungers to enjoy during the summer months!

There is a double bedroom with hanging and storage space.
Bathing
There is a modern shower room with walk in shower, wc and sink. The outside shower is perfect for washing off after the beach.
Outside
The property has one dedicated parking space on the shared driveway and a separate private entrance leads to the terraced garden and gives access to the property. There is a storage box for smaller items and space to store surfboards/bikes (not locked).

Additional Booking Information
£60 non-refundable booking fee payable at time of booking.
50% of the accommodation cost and booking fee are required to secure the booking. The remaining balance & payment for any extras is due 8 weeks prior to arrival along with the refundable damages deposit (if applicable). If your dates are within 10 weeks, full payment is required.
Check-in time is from 4pm and the check-out time is 10am.

Weekend and short break bookings start at 75% of the weekly rate, where available.

This is our second stay at this apartment and it is a lovely place to stay. Very well equipped, quiet location but close to all the amenities the village of Croyde has to offer. The hosts are very friendly, welcoming and helpful with ideas of where to visit, etc. We will definitely be back.
Perfect location being in the centre of Croyde but tucked away in a quiet close and walking distance to the Thatch.
Lovely apartment. We were looked after well by owners Gill and Rus. Apartment is very close to village of Croyde and short walk to beach.
This was my first adventure in "going it alone" and Gill and Russ made me feel I could ask them anything and were very welcoming. The apartment was equipped with everything I needed, including a private outdoor seating area and sun loungers. I would have welcomed some written instructions about operating the TV, the wifi/TP link and the microwave as I'm not very IT confident, but my lovely hosts were on hand, or at the end of a phone, to offer help and advice when it was needed. The apartment is situated very near the heart of Croyde village and the walk to the beach, via a public footpath, only took 10 minutes. I would love to revisit this ideally situated apartment to explore more of the North Devon coast and countryside.
We booked late as we had an unexpected few days away. This is a super little apartment, very clever design to make maximum use of the space available. The position is perfect for beach and pubs. The hosts were super helpful and friendly. Would recommend for a couple or solo traveller.
I had a great week here, using the apartment as a base to walk sections of the nearby S.W. Coastal path. Croyde is a delightful little village with several beaches in easy reach. I used the local bus service which seems to be one an hour, which is OK. Russ & Gill are a lovely couple and were absolutely brilliant and helpful to me, probably they are the biggest asset of this property.
Had a fantastic mini break here in November . The apartment was immaculate and toasty warm . The hosts were fantastic- very helpful- nothing was too difficult for them to do for me.
Brilliant location as the property is so close to great pubs/restaurants. The beach is also close by and is a lovely walk too. Very cosy and homely, the perfect place to relax from time off work. We had a fantastic week, thank you Gill and Russ for a warm welcome. Going to Croyde in October has been a family tradition for around 40 years - my family have stayed in many places in Croyde and I would highly recommend this apartment as it was very clean, modern and comfortable. Thank you!
Despite the bad weather we had a fabulous time away. It was our first with our 4 week old baby girl and we loved that we could make good use of our new pram and walk to the beach. The apartment had everything we needed and the hosts were very attentive, even offering to tumble dry any wet clothes after a horrendous rain shower. We will definitely be back. Thank you
Lovely little apartment for two people. Enough space to quietly entertain a few close friends. Well equipped for daily needs. Owners live in attached property, are really friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Great night out with Elvis. If you've done it you'll understand it. Definitely worth a week if you are in the area. Fantastic wood fired pizza in village centre at night. Pleasant walk to the local beach which has lovely sand and gently sloping beach.
